Canice “CJ” Fogarty has practiced law with the Firm for more than twenty years with a significant concentration in small business representation and civil litigation. Through the years, his practice has evolved from general law to a specialization in real estate. C.J. has represented clients and litigated claims concerning mechanics lien, construction law, lending issues, foreclosure claims, contractual disputes, zoning adjustments, and many other issues pertaining to real estate, construction, mechanics liens, and land use. He has extensive experience in representing lenders and other creditors. He also has significant experience representing creditors and lenders in the United States Bankruptcy Court and his office is fully equipped/staffed to manage all aspects of the federal electronic filing framework.
